Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 3 days. You are eligible for a refund if it has been less than 3 days since the activation or start of the subscription for our product. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If users are billed as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (iTunes), they do not have access to the 3-day VPNVerse Money Back Guarantee. Instead, users can request a refund through the App Store, which is issued at the sole discretion of Apple Support.

Refunds beyond the 3-day purchase window will be considered, at the sole discretion of VPNVerse, if a Subscriber can demonstrate that the Service was not available or was unusable during the subscription period and that reasonable number of attempts were made to contact VPNVerse to resolve the issue. In this case, VPNVerse may provide the Subscriber with a pro-rata refund of the service fees paid during the period when the Service was not available or was not usable.
